Who are we?

We are recovering addicts.

We’re coming together in the countryside to promote wellness of body, mind, and spirit, and to heal collectively. We are building a community primarily for LGBTQ fellows but not exclusively - all are welcome.

We seek to end substance-abuse-related isolation and foster individual growth among our members and our fellowship. We’ll do this through workshops, speaker meetings, social gatherings, fitness, wellness activities and shared meals.

We are the Pride & Progress Retreat.
Join us 23rd - 25th July 2027.

Our home - West Lexham, Norfolk

Why have we made West Lexham our home?

Simple: It is idyllic. Set in the heart of Norfolk, it brings the best of all things English countryside together in a truly calm and spiritual place. Secluded and charming,

West Lexham is a former working farm estate and manor house. It has wild-water swimming, a boating lake, a swimming pool, campfires, a farm-to-fork garden café and accommodation in converted farmhouses, treehouses, cabins, and bell tents.

An eco-friendly paradise, it is run on over 90% renewable energy in a pocket of Norfolk bursting with wildlife. Guided by holistic living, inspired by nature, informed through personal development and devoted to community, a rural idyll that explores the best ways of living, working, being.

“There is something very special about West Lexham. From the moment you set foot on the grounds, you feel a sense of peace. It has a way of transporting you far away from every day life.”
